Cab-over, 4wd, manual, V8, and mostly yellow. I found this for sale in Berwick, Maine last weekend. Admittedly, the mild steel shift levers and drywall screws in the interior are worrying, but not deal breakers. What say thee, Oppo?

It’s not NP at $7k, but it’s probably not CP either, especially given that it seems like you could get it for closer to $5k.
I love every piece of it in any case, including whatever those mild steel sticks are there for.

The condition was amazing. Who knows what a PPI would reveal, but the paint was fresh and clean and the running gear was immaculate. I poked around under there and could only find slight evidence of the tin worm. It’s in amazing shape for a 50 year old dodge van. Sadly, I’m not going to be in a position to buy a toy until the spring.

No idea based on the info supplied. This is one case where someone else’s project might not be completely terrifying because this thing is just so effing cool. My first thought was to outfit it for overlanding.

those u bolts are scary. need to be dealt with. real pretty van though. $7k is a bit steep, but close to where you would end up building one from absolute scratch......

they are crooked. them being crooked, means that there is slack somewhere, and that things could shift.
